Questions customers ask

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer cash on delivery. Orders on this website are paid online at checkout by UPI, card or net banking, and every order gets a GST invoice.

Can I bring my design and collect the prints straight away?

Not for bulk printing. Printing in bulk involves plate making, setup, printing, drying and finishing, so prints cannot be collected on the spot. The product page shows the dispatch date before you order, and you can collect free from our Dilshad Garden plant once it is ready.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes, for every product. Upload a PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP of the complete design (AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF and CDR files are accepted too and checked by our team). We show it on the real product size and warn you about resolution, bleed or proportion problems before you order.

Can I download the design I make on the website?

You can view and edit your designs any time in your account. Print-ready files are prepared by our production team and are not available for download.

What is the small “Koncept # 9911390989” mark?

It is printed small on calendars, posters, flyers, letterheads and most other products, where it covers nothing important. Visiting cards never carry it. Your own files are never changed.

How do I know what it will look like?

Every design shows a realistic mockup and an exact print layout with the cut line, bleed and safe area, so what you see is what we print.

How long does printing take?

Each product shows its dispatch date as you choose options. Tuesday is our weekly off and national holidays are skipped.

Do you deliver outside Delhi?

Yes, all over India. Or collect free from our Dilshad Garden plant.
